Services

Soccer Network Ltd. offers the following services:

• research into the global professional football business including the transfer market;
  
• gathering, collating and analyzing information regarding players' remuneration, transfer fees and terms of employment and advising on appropriate levels of player remuneration to the Club; and if requested to do so by the Club, Soccer Network Ltd. (SNL) shall conduct negotiations with a player (in the event that such player has not appointed an agent) or with a player's agent with regard to the transfer or remuneration of such player.

All negotiations which SNL is requested to undertake pursuant to the Services provided to the Club shall be conducted by or via a Licensed Agent or an exempt person in accordance with Football Association and FIFA regulations.
